Confirmation of Orders
An auto electronic invoice with ID no. will be emailed to the customer immediately upon successful submission of the electronic order. If items ordered are unavailable, a message will be sent to the customer for further action.

Delivery of Order
- Please take note that delivery lead time is excluded order lead time.
- To ensure speedy and punctual delivery of package, please provide the correct delivery address, city, state, country and contact number upon checking out.
All payment will go through online banking upon checking out.
Cancellation of Orders
We will refund the amount paid if the order is cancelled due to the unavailability of goods or our inability to deliver the goods.
Exchange of Defect Goods
Any defect goods found upon receiving your package are exchangeable within 7 working days with photo as proof. Delivery charges to return the item to Ferdascarf to be borne by customer.
